I've had the absolute privilege of painting these portraits since 2015 and it has been such an honor to create these for you all.

Each piece is as individual as each family and it makes a meaningful gift to celebrate milestones, anniversaries, birthdays, as well as being able to incorporate loved ones taken too soon. In fact, these portraits were breathed into life by my own family portrait where I painted our miscarried baby who I wanted to include in our family pictures, but couldn't.

Each portrait is created with a combination of ink and watercolor. Using a reference image provided by each client, I loosely interpret the image into my own style of painting and create a portrait. Portraits are whimsical, playful, and not meant to be an exact replica.

HOW TO ORDER:
From the drop down menu please select the initial two figure option. These figures can be two adults, or child and adult, person and pet, etc. The first two figures are always the same cost. Please add the additional things individually until your total number of figures equals the number to be painted. You may also choose to add background types to the portrait. Once everything is tallied up you can checkout.

Portraits are completed on 11x14" cold press watercolor paper. Every portrait is signed by me and shipped to you in a safe and secure tube. As an add-on, client's can purchase high-res files of the portrait and print duplicates for Christmas cards, gifts, and other personal printed products.

Once a listing is purchased, please send your reference image within 48 hours of purchase. Please submit through Etsy. I have a limited number of spots available each month and reserve the right to cancel any order where reference photos are not submitted in a timely manner.

Photo needs to be high-quality, with minimal filtering (some filters actually change hair color, skin color, etc. and this change makes creating an accurate portrait incredibly difficult). Please submit one reference photo for each family portrait plus a house photo if applicable.
